Where are your training courses held?

Our courses are delivered at our training centre in London for Individuals. We also offer onsite training at your workplace for group bookings.

Can you provide training at our workplace?

Yes, we can provide on-site training at your premises if you have a suitable space. On-site training is offered at a fixed price, and we offer a 50% discount for on site courses.

Who are your trainers?

All our trainers are fully qualified and experienced first aid instructors, accredited by Qualsafe Awards. They have practical first aid experience and are skilled in delivering engaging, hands-on training.

How do I book a course?

Do I need any prior experience to attend a first aid course?

No, our courses are designed for all skill levels. Our trainers will guide you through the practical and theoretical aspects of first aid.

How long are the courses?

Course durations vary depending on the qualification. For example:

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) – 1 day
First Aid at Work (FAW) – 3 days
Paediatric First Aid – 2 days
CPR & AED – Half-day

Will I recieve a certificate on completing the course?

Yes, upon successful completion, you will receive a Qualsafe-accredited certificate, which is valid for three years.

How do I renew my first aid qualification?

You must take a refresher course before your current certificate expires. For First Aid at Work (FAW), we offer a 2-day requalification course.

Do you offer refresher training?

Yes, we provide refresher courses to keep your first aid skills up to date. Annual refresher training is recommended, although not mandatory.

What should I wear to the course?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, as some practical exercises require kneeling and lying on the floor.

Is there an exam?

Most courses include a practical assessment and a multiple-choice test. Our trainers will fully prepare you for the assessment.

Can I fail a first aid course?

Our courses are designed to support all learners, and our trainers will provide guidance to help you succeed. However, if a candidate does not meet the assessment criteria, they may need to retake the course.
