What first aid courses do you offer?

We offer a range of Qualsafe-regulated first aid courses, including Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), First Aid at Work (FAW), Paediatric First Aid, CPR & AED training, Medical Emergencies in Dental Practice, and more.

Are your courses accredited?

Yes, all our first aid courses are accredited by Qualsafe Awards, a nationally recognised awarding body regulated by Ofqual.

Where are your training courses held?

Our courses are delivered at our training centre in London for individuals. We also offer onsite training at your workplace for group bookings.

Can you provide training at our workplace?

Yes, we can provide on-site training at your premises if you have a suitable space. On-site training is offered at a fixed price, and we offer a 50% discount for on-site courses.

Who are your trainers?

All our trainers are fully qualified and experienced first aid instructors, accredited by Qualsafe Awards. They have practical first aid experience as frontline NHS paramedics and are skilled in delivering engaging, hands-on training.

How do I book a course?

Do I need any prior experience to attend a first aid course?

No, our courses are designed for all skill levels. Our trainers will guide you through the practical and theoretical aspects of first aid.

How long are the courses?

Course durations vary: Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) – 1 day, First Aid at Work (FAW) – 3 days, Paediatric First Aid – 2 days, CPR & AED – Half-day, Medical Emergencies in Dental Practice – 3 hours.

Will I receive a certificate on completing the course?

Yes, upon successful completion, you will receive a Qualsafe-accredited certificate, which is valid for three years (1 year for dental emergencies courses).

How do I renew my first aid qualification?

You must take a refresher course before your current certificate expires. For First Aid at Work (FAW), we offer a 2-day requalification course.

Do you offer refresher training?

Yes, we provide refresher courses to keep your first aid skills up to date. Annual refresher training is recommended, although not mandatory.

Is there an exam?

Most courses include a practical assessment and a multiple-choice test. Our trainers will fully prepare you for the assessment.

How much do your courses cost?

First Aid at Work (3 days) – £250/person.
Paediatric First Aid (2 days) – £220/person.
Medical Emergencies for Dental Practice – from £695 for up to 12 staff.
Mandatory Training (Social Care) – £75/person.

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and invoice payments for businesses.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds or rescheduling options will depend on the notice period given. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
